Headache, sweating, and vomiting, what's going on?

Patient's question:

Yesterday morning, when I went to bed, I felt a headache and dizziness again, and I broke out in a sweat. Lying in bed, any movement of my head made me vomit. I vomited every time I drank water or milk. I had three bowel movements, but they weren't runny, and I didn't have a high fever. Later, I found a doctor who gave me an IV drip, anti-inflammatory medication, and sugar, and the vomiting stopped. I only felt a bit dizzy. The doctor said I needed to rest for a certain period. Today, I went for a blood test to check my blood count, and the results showed elevated blood indicators. The doctor also asked me to check my liver function, saying it might be related.
Previous Treatment and Effects:
I was treated for intestinal inflammation, and I suspected it might be due to eating holy grail fruit poisoning or poor absorption. After using glycerin suppositories, I stopped having large bowel movements.
What kind of help do I need:
Is it contagious bacteria or a virus? How did it cause dizziness? Do I still need to check my liver function?

Doctor's answer:

Your cervical spondylosis may be severe. It is recommended that you have an X-ray to examine your cervical spine. Symptomatic treatment is advised. It is recommended that you see a local neurology doctor for betahistine or suction therapy, physical therapy, infrared therapy, acupuncture, and Tuina massage. You must quit smoking, follow a low-fat diet, and avoid maintaining a long-term posture during training and exercises, especially head-down exercises. Take a break for about 10 minutes every hour. Napping with an unsuitable pillow may also cause this symptom. Pay attention to adjusting the pillow height.
