This book covers 10 cases, including FAW Group's acquisition of Tianjin Automobile, Shanghai High-definition's proxy bid for Founder Technology, Shandong Sanlian's restructuring of Zhengbaiwen, Anshan First Work's emergency restructuring, and Alcatel's acquisition of Shanghai Bell.
