Features: To develop children's intelligence and raise a generation of healthy and smart children, the Growth and Development Research Laboratory of the Capital Institute of Pediatrics, under the kind care and dedicated guidance of Professor Xue Qinbing, a renowned child health expert in China, began research on projects such as the "Infant and Toddler Neuropsychological Development Diagnosis Scale," the "50-Item Child Intelligence Screening Scale," and the "Drawing Person Intelligence Test" starting in 1980. Over the course of more than a decade, collaborations were organized among cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Wuhan, Kunming, Fuzhou, Changchun, Baotou, Kaifeng, Zhengzhou, Guiyang, and Lanzhou. The scales were developed and validated, and these scales were then used to standardize and test 15,000 healthy children from 12 cities across the country. The results showed that this was a set of intelligent testing methods suitable for China's national conditions and highly effective, receiving recognition and praise from relevant health authorities.
