Features: Chinese ink art is a specific way in which humans grasp the form of time and space, reflecting profound reflections on the living environment and life consciousness. Over thousands of years, it has gone through a long journey from its inception, childhood to maturity, and from practicality to culture. Among these, the works of masters have constructed a colorful art gallery for us. Especially after the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, the composition, techniques, and coloring of painting developed towards greater mastery, with many outstanding works emerging and flowing in the long river of world culture with their unique forms, rich spiritual charm, and wonderful appeal. To promote the outstanding contributions of masters to ink painting and to provide a guide for those who have mastered the basic techniques of ink painting, long for creating complete ink painting works, but are struggling to find references, we once published the large-scale art series book "Ink Cloud Ladder." After its publication, it received high praise from a large number of calligraphy and painting enthusiasts. Now, we will gather the same type of works created by dozens of masters from different eras, such as Baishan Man, Shitao, Huang Shen, Ren Bo Nian, Wu Changshuo, Qi Baishi, etc., and compare their styles, brushwork, composition, and creative thoughts. For a certain part of the work, we will compare and analyze, and comment on the works of another master, identifying similarities and differences. Using this special "comparison" method, we introduce their superb skills to readers, enabling them to achieve rapid progress from a high starting point, thereby building a ladder leading to the hall of ink painting art creation. Although this series is a technical tutorial book, its topic is novel and its concept is unique, so the difference between it and general technical books lies in "comparison." Of course, all this only provides a guide and reference for those learning to paint. Mastering true skills still requires unremitting practice, and it does not mean that with this guidance, one can have a universal key and excel in art. As the ancients said: Relying solely on books is better than relying on no books at all.
