Features: The Yi Zong Jin Jian (Golden Mirror of Medicine) was published in the seventh year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1742 AD). It was a medical encyclopedia compiled by the Qing government at the time. The original book consists of 90 volumes, and this book is a part of it, covering volumes 44 to 49 of the original. The content mainly discusses the four major gynecological conditions in traditional Chinese medicine: pregnancy, childbirth, menstruation, and leucorrhea. It includes the etiology, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of each condition. Since each disease and each prescription are presented first with rhymes and then with annotations, making them easy to understand and learn, this book is highly valuable for studying and researching traditional Chinese medicine gynecology. However, some content in this book may not fully align with modern requirements, and it is hoped that readers will accept it with analysis.
